Children's health can be greatly enhanced by homeopathic care. Because homeopathy works with the body, children who receive homeopathic care have an opportunity to resolve many health problems before they become deeply rooted. The earlier one receives homeopathic care, the less layers of suppression one has to work with later in life. Layers of suppression occur when acute or chronic health problems are treated in ways that oppose the body's expression of symptoms. The over-use of antibiotics and steroids are examples of medications commonly used in childhood illnesses which tend to suppress the body's natural defense system. Homeopathy offers holistic care for children that strengthens their immune system and enables them to function at their full potential. It is a deeply satisfying part of my homeopathic practice to work with children and to witness their journey in the world.
